How it works

  1. Tell us what you need — the form takes a couple of minutes
  2. Pay securely through Stripe; nothing is charged until that screen
  3. Receive your signed bundle by email, usually the same day
  4. You print, sign, and file it (CRA My Account, mail, or in person)
→ Start your order
Form first, payment second. We check everything you enter before asking for money, so a missing field is a red line on a form and not a refund.

Privacy + handling

What we hold and what we don't.
  • We never receive your full SIN at all. The form checks the nine digits in your own browser to catch a typo, then sends only the last three. The CRA form we produce prints an empty SIN box for you to complete by hand.
  • Your details are held on our own machine, never with the payment processor. Stripe receives your email address and an order reference — not your name, your address, or any part of your SIN.
  • The form you filled in is deleted as soon as your documents are produced. The documents themselves are kept for 30 days so we can re-send them if the email goes astray, and removed after that.
  • Audit log retains: order ID, your legal name, last 3 digits of SIN, tax year, and amount — never the full SIN or street address.
  • The bundle we deliver is signed with our Ed25519 key — any tampering after delivery invalidates the signature.
  • You sign and file the form yourself — we are not your tax preparer or legal representative.

For amounts over $5,000 or complex multi-year cases, consult a licensed tax practitioner or LSO Ontario paralegal/lawyer.
